📍Мероприятие проходит в Центре знаний «Машук» — уникальной площадке, созданной в рамках проекта «Мои наставники» по инициативе «Женского движения Единой России» и Минобрнауки. К ней присоединяются, главы регионов, законодатели, предприниматели, участники программы «Время Героев», ветераны СВО.
🎯Цель мероприятия — обмен знаниями и лучшими практиками по наставничеству и командной работы. Каждая участница — это вдохновляющий пример того, как современная женщина может успешно сочетать учебу, карьеру и семью, мотивируя окружающих на новые достижения. Открыла мероприятие депутат Госдумы Наталия Полуянова. Она выразила уверенность, что интенсив станет вдохновением для новых инициатив и стартапов.
💬Считаю, что наставничество — это не просто передача навыков от более опытного специалиста новичку. Это целая система, направленная на воспитание духовных и патриотических ценностей, формирование сильных личностей и успешных команд!
