Девальвация рубля в первую очередь связана с недостаточным притоком иностранной валюты в Россию от экспорта, считают в БКС. Этот приток сократился под воздействием санкций и падения цен на нефть, а усугубился из-за ограничений США против Газпромбанка. Последний обслуживал значительную часть экспортных операций.
Текущие внебиржевые курсы доллара и евро на 7-8 рублей выше официальных курсов ЦБ на 26 ноября. Регулятор после остановки биржевых торгов рассчитывает курсы валют на основе банковской отчетности и данных внебиржевых платформ.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
