В начале января 2025 года Росимущество уже пыталось продать эту недвижимость с начальной ценой 68 млн рублей. Доли в ней принадлежат Юрию и Людмиле Антиповым, а также их сыновьям Сергею и Алексею. Позднее торги не состоялись. Реализация активов проходит в рамках взыскания с Антиповых, а также с их бывших деловых партнеров Аристовых и Кретовых, 105 млрд рублей после национализации ЧЭМК и "Арианта".
