Еще вчера все было хорошо, а сегодня близкий человек высказывает свое «неправильное» мнение. И, вроде, неплохо уважать чужие взгляды, но что делать, если не получается? Сегодня, в международный день толерантности, отвечаем: это нормально. Никто не обязан быть идеальным образцом толерантности каждую минуту своей жизни. Мы не контролируем появление своих эмоций, но можем контролировать, как реагируем на них. Давайте разберемся, что стоит за этим раздражением и как чувствовать себя легче, особенно если чьи-то мнения кажутся вам морально неприемлемыми

On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
