Die Knoblauchzehe mit dem Salz zu einer groben Paste verreiben und dem Topf beigeben. Zum Schluss die Chiliflocken hinzufügen. Die Soße vor dem Servieren abkühlen lassen. Die Soße hält sich bis zu 2 Tage im Kühlschrank.
