Fertige Knoblauchcreme in ein sauberes Schraubglas füllen und verschließen. Im Kühlschrank ist der Knoblauch-Aufstrich bis zu einer Woche lang haltbar. Für eine längere Haltbarkeit könntest du den Aufstrich direkt im Glas einfrieren.
