استقبل وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الدكتور نعيم العبودي سفير جمهورية روسيا الاتحادية لدى بغداد السيد ايلبروس كوتراشيف والوفد المرافق له.

وأكد وزير التعليم أهمية العلاقات الأكاديمية الثنائية وتطوير سياقاتها في ضوء مجالات التفاهم والتعاون والاهتمام المشترك بين الجامعات على وفق المقتضيات العلمية التي تعمل بموجبها مؤسسات البلدين الصديقين.
