Все знают, как я отношусь к Рубену Варданяну, и, тем более, к так называемому военно-политическому руководству Арцаха. Но это абсолютно неважно. После того как я вчера узнал, что ему грозит пожизненное заключение, я испытал очень неприятные чувства.
Если бы в Ереване была национальная и суверенная власть, этот вопрос был бы в топе внешнеполитической повестки Армении. И безусловно, после наших рядовых заключённых в Баку, которые уже четыре года находятся в ужасных условиях и игнорируются официальным Ереваном.
Я очень хочу, чтобы Рубен был освобождён.
Нужно сделать всё возможное, чтобы сначала освободить наших рядовых заключённых в Баку, а потом Варданяна и остальных.
Все вопросы к ним будут решаться уже в Ереване.
Надеюсь, они многое переосмыслили за стенами вражеских тюрем. Терпения и сил им в логове врага.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
