Авторы законопроекта считают, что такие выплаты укрепят институт брака и традиционные семейные ценности. Они также отмечают, что подобная практика уже существует в 19 субъектах РФ, но размеры выплат и условия их получения различаются. Например, в некоторых регионах выплаты назначаются только за 50 лет брака, а в других — за 55, 60, 65 и 70 лет.
Если законопроект будет принят, он станет дополнительной мерой поддержки для семей, которые долгое время сохраняют брак. Однако пока это только инициатива, и ее реализация зависит от одобрения Государственной думой и дальнейшего финансирования.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
