В Козельске на площади Героев-козельчан возложили цветы к Вечному огню. Вместе с военнослужащими, юнармейцами почтили память павших воинов.

Сегодня особая памятная дата - День Героев Отечества.

Мы отдаём дань памяти и уважения героическим подвигам защитников Родины.

Гордимся, что во все времена среди них было немало уроженцев Калужского края. И сейчас наши земляки проявляют беззаветную преданность Отечеству, выполняя боевые задачи на СВО.

Здесь, на Козельской земле, родились и выросли Герои России: Гвардии старший сержант Владимир Игнатов и Гвардии старший лейтенант Артём Щукин. Наши земляки геройски погибли при исполнении воинского долга в Новороссии. Память о них навсегда в наших сердцах.

Вечная память всем воинам, павшим в боях за Родину.
