Генеральный секретарь ООН Антониу Гутерриш назначил Ханну Серваа Тетте из Ганы главой миссии ООН по помощи Ливии.
Ханна Тетте — юрист по образованию, несколько раз избиралась в парламент Ганы и занимала пост министра иностранных дел. С 2018 года работает в ООН, где занимала должности представителя Генерального секретаря ООН в Африканском союзе и по Африканскому Рогу.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
