"Мы готовы подписать мирный договор, согласованный на 80 процентов, с Азербайджаном прямо сейчас. Согласованные положения включают пункты об установлении дипломатических отношений, неприменении силы и угрозы силой, отсутствии территориальных претензий".
Пашинян допустил, что если мирный договор окажется противоречащим Конституции Армении, то Еревану придется менять Конституцию во имя мира.
