Это 29-летний гражданин Узбекистана, которого завербовали украинские спецслужбы, сообщает ФСБ.
Он арендовал каршеринг и установил в машине камеру, которая транслировала происходящее организаторам теракта в Днепропетровск. Когда военные вышли из подъезда, задержанный дистанционно привел в действие бомбу, размещенную на самокате.
За это исполнителю обещали 100 тысяч долларов и выезд в Европу.
