س/ كيف أبطل تفكير في موضوع شاغلني و بنوم من التفكير مغمومة و أحيانا باكية من الحيرة ؟
ج/ ح أقول ليك حل.. كل ما أفكر في موضوع و ألقاه بيشغلني و يتعبني بدون فايدة ملموسة و ألقى شعوري مجرد هم، كنت بكرر ذكر ( لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك اني كنت من الظالمين ) .
بكرر الدعاء دا اللي أخرج سيدنا يونس من ظلمة الحوت بدون توقف لحد ما ألقى نفسي اطمئنيت وقدرت أتصرف أفضل او أسلم أمري لله بهدوء .
اللطيف إني انتبهت لنهاية الآية : "فنجيناه من الغم و كذلك ننجي المؤمنين " .
مباشرة بعد الدعاء ربنا قال : ((فنجيناه ))❤
كرري الذكر ده كتير قدر ما تقدري.. * لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك اني كنت من الظالمين 🥀❤."
