Сам Владислав не признал свою вину. Журналист считает, что дело было инициировано, чтобы сорвать его лекцию. Адвокат требовал прекратить дело за отсутствием состава преступления.
«Найти пост четырехлетней давности, который бы никто, кроме них, не увидел бы...» — комментировал он ситуацию во время перерыва в судебном заседании.
