Сегодня судья Кирово-Чепецкого районного суда Шалагинова Л.А. заменила принудительные работы в исправительном центре на 11 месяцев и 16 дней лишения свободы активистке Светлане Мариной.
С заявлением об изменении наказания обратилась администрация центра из-за нарушений правил внутреннего распорядка: приготовления пирожков на дрожжевом тесте и других. За время содержания Марине не позволили навестить родных, свидания и передачи. В ноябре активистку объявили «злостным нарушителем» и поместили в одиночное заключение, выдавая кнопочный телефон на 15 минут в сутки.
⭕️ В марте 2024 года активистку признали виновной в повторной «дискредитации» армии и приговорили к полутора годам принудительных работ.
