Совсем недавно Госдеп своим релизом пытался заставить Панаму принять решение о бесплатном проходе американских кораблей через канал, что было резко опровергнуто властями страны. Вчера аналогичная попытка была предпринята Вашингтоном, при заявлении о скором освобождении Москвой еще одного американца, в дополнение к Фогелю. Если переговоры об урегулировании украинского конфликта будут основываться на подобных методах, есть стойкое ощущение, что достичь их в таком случае точно не удастся.
