Для нас усіх у Європі та світі принципово, щоб партнери підтримали необхідність тиснути на російський тіньовий танкерний флот. Це саме той інструмент, який Путін використовує, щоб фінансувати агресію проти України та дестабілізацію інших регіонів світу. І заходи протидії також мають бути глобальними.
Так само, як і реагування світу на залучення військ Північної Кореї у війну Росії проти України. Якщо не буде такої реакції світу, яка знищить навіть спробу Північної Кореї втручатися, їхніх солдатів як таких найманців, на жаль, будемо бачити і в інших зонах війни.
