По данным следствия, в 2022 году питерская организация «Северо-Западная инжиниринговая компания» заключила контракт с МУПП «СГЭТ» на разработку проектно-сметной документации для реконструкции трамвайной сети от Детского парка до остановки завод Зуборезных станков до 30 августа 2022 года.
Работы передали на субподряд, и строительство сорвалось. Фигурант путем обмана похитил имущество, принадлежащее организации-заказчику на 21 млн.
