Возле памятника Ивану Бунину создадут книгообмен. А на участке второй очереди, где продолжится озеленение – появятся арки с искусственным туманом 🌫.

✅ Власти продолжат развивать территорию вдоль водохранилища параллельно с реконструкцией пространства. Сейчас работают над событийным наполнением и фирменным стилем.
