Хибла с первых дней поддерживает Бадру Гунба, видя в нем лидера, способного привести Абхазию к развитию:
«Я была в штабе Бадры Гунба с первых дней. Я возлагаю на этого кандидата ответственность. С ним наша страна пойдет вперед. Мы столько мучились с отсутствием света, а сейчас мы можем им наслаждаться. Дадим этому человеку сделать так, чтобы этот свет был и внутри нас. Давайте встанем воедино и поможем ему», — призвала она.
