Около 1,8 млн из общего числа составляют беженцы с Украины. Их число увеличилось примерно на 45 тыс. по сравнению с концом 2023 года.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
