51% долей «Инской» принадлежит её гендиректору Денису Немыкину, но он уже был арестован 19 ноября. Ещё 49% находится в собственности самого ООО. Прежними совладельцами компании были Александр Мохов и новосибирский бизнесмен Илья Пуля.
На фото, распространённом пресс-службой суда, также фигурирует не Денис Немыкин. Ранее источники «Открытого города» сообщили, что обыски прошли у Юрия Байченко, которого «ассоциируют с шахтой „Инской“». Именно Байченко прежде называли реальным владельцемпредприятия.
