Глава РСО – Алания Сергей Меняйло и полномочный представитель Президента Российской Федерации в Северо-Кавказском федеральном округе Юрий Чайка провели рабочую встречу.
Стороны обсудили социально-экономическую и общественно-политическую обстановку в Северной Осетии, рассмотрели основные показатели развития региона. Юрий Чайка отметил позитивную динамку по ряду направлений, в том числе в реализации национальных проектов. Их исполнение на сегодняшний день в республике составляет 83,6%, по госпрограммам – 82,6%.
По словам Сергея Меняйло, продолжается участие в пилотном проекте Правительства РФ по модернизации объектов водоснабжения, водоотведения и теплоснабжения.
Консолидация имущества предприятий водоснабжения уже составляет 100%. Проведены более 600 километров магистральных водопроводов.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
