Соглашение по поставкам электроэнергии также есть у Таджикистана с Узбекистаном. Уже известна стоимость электроэнергии с Рогунской ГЭС — 3,4 цента. С точки зрения мировых цен это почти бесплатно".
Третий агрегат Рогунской ГЭС в Таджикистане запустят уже в этом году. "Она подпирает электробалансы, кооперация в электроэнергетике имеет большие перспективы", — считает казахстанский экономист.
