اینترنت به شکلی مثلاً ارتباط ماهواره‌ای یا به صورت زنجیره‌های ارتباطی موبایل از کنترل دولت‌ها خارج خواهد شد،
آن زمان دیگر برداشتن و برنداشتن فیلترینگ خیلی تفاوتی ندارد
و تمام وقت‌ها و انرژی که صرف فیلترینگ و چانه‌زدن برای ماندن و برداشتنش شده تلف شده است.

ممنوعیت ویدئو را یادتان هست؟
با فراوان شدن کامپیوترهای خانگی و رواج سی‌دی آیا ممنوعیت ویدئو می‌توانست معنی داشته باشد؟
بعدش هم که پی در پی فن‌آوری‌های جدید آمد ...
حالا هرکس یک گوشی هوشمند دستش باشد هزاران برابر قابلیت یک ویدئو خانگی را در دست دارد.

تصمیم‌گیری در موضوعات مرتبط با فن‌آوری باید با مشورت کسانی باشد که بر موضوع اشراف دارند و کمی جلوتر را هم می‌بینند.

نمی‌شود با سواد و شناخت یک ماه قبل در مورد مسائل روز نظر داد، چه رسد با سواد و شناخت چند سال قبل.

باید به‌روز بود، در حد داشتن شناخت از آینده.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
