Второй Восточный окружной военный суд за экстремистские призывы в сети Интернет приговорил жителя Алтайского края к 6 годам тюрьмы.
В соответствии с материалами уголовного дела установлено, что подсудимый 1976 года рождения создал и администрировал телеграмм-канал, в котором систематически размещал материалы, направленные на разжигание антироссийских настроений и побуждение к участию в террористической деятельности. Проведенные экспертизы подтвердили экстремистский характер контента.
