30 декабря 2024 года сотрудники Следственного управлением Генеральной прокуратуры на основании постановления Сухумского городского суда и согласия Парламента произвели обыски по месту жительства депутата Харазия А.Р. В доме, расположенном в селе Багмаран Гулрыпшского района, были обнаружены и изъяты огнестрельное оружие различного образца и калибра, большое количество боеприпасов и взрывчатые вещества с электродетонаторами.
По изъятым объектам назначена судебно-баллистическая экспертиза.
Правоохранительные органы продолжают оперативно-розыскные мероприятия по установлению местонахождении депутата Парламента Харазия Адгура Рафетовича.
