﴿والَّذِينَ يُؤْتُونَ ما آتَوْا وقُلُوبُهم وجِلَةٌ أنَّهم إلى رَبِّهِمْ راجِعُونَ﴾
أي: يفعلون ما ذكر من الأعمال الصالحة بقلوبهم وجوارحهم وهو مضمرون وجلا وخوفا من ربهم أن يرجعوا إليه فلا يجدونه راضيًا عنهم، أو لا يجدون ما يجده غيرهم ممن يفوتهم في الصالحات، فهم لذلك يسارعون في الخيرات ويكثرون منها ما استطاعوا وكذلك كان شأن المسلمين الأوّلين.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
