Освобождение действует на срок не более года, и продлевается, если в МВД поступают сведения, что машина так и не была возвращена владельцу.
После обнаружения машины с угонщика взыщут недостающий налог.
Проект соответствующих изменений в Налоговом кодексе, предложенный МВД Армении, был одобрен во втором и окончательном чтении в парламенте.
