В 2024 году после капитальных ремонтов в Новодвинске открыты:
- Новодвинский городской культурный центр;
- Взрослая поликлиника Новодвинской центральной городской больницы;
- Семейный многофункциональный центр;
- Новодвинский кадровый центр;
- Городской парк «Над рекой».
Готовится к открытию гемодиализный центр Новодвинской центральной городской больницы.
