Согласно открытым данным, в/ч 33790— это 89 центр спутниковой связи ВС РФ.
Взрыв произошёл на парковке на улице Синявинской. Торгашову оторвало ноги. Как сообщают жители дома, во дворе которого произошел взрыв, в машине якобы было установлено газовое оборудование. Однако подтверждений этой информации нет. Рассматривается также версия с установкой взрывного устройства.
