Раз приняты озвученные решения, значит - там уже нарешали очередной виток эскалации. Или близки к нарешанию.
Затем. Мы перехватили управление эскалацией, а не отвечаем на их очередное решение эскалировать. Пусть теперь думают.
И ещё. Это - попытка не просто предупредить, но и вернуть им страх, который они совсем потеряли. А возможно - и хоть сколько-нибудь стратегическое мышление.
Сохраняя исключительно оборонительный характер, мы наступаем и принуждаем их мышлению и страху. Поможет? Думаете, нет? Но тогда - увы и ах. Будет другая история.
