В прошлом году Президент Владимир Владимирович Путин поручил Правительству РФ и руководству регионов разработать программу замены и модернизации лифтов в многоквартирных домах. В Смоленской области за 2024 год обновили 203 лифта в 75 многоквартирных домах для почти 20 тыс. жителей — это на 37% больше, чем показатель за последние 9 лет.

Масштабная работа проделана в рамках договора между некоммерческой организацией "Региональный фонд капитального ремонта многоквартирных домов Смоленской области" и АО "Щербинский лифтостроительный завод" — крупнейшим разработчиком и производителем в России этого оборудования.

Понимаем, что проблема комплексная и беспокоит многих смолян. Будем предпринимать все меры, чтобы решить этот вопрос в дальнейшей работе.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
