Одобрены поправки к законам о службе в органах внутренних дел, противопожарной службе и уголовно-исполнительной системе.
Согласно им, поступить на службу в эти органы смогут граждане с погашенной судимостью по уголовным делам частного обвинения. При этом судимость должна быть погашена из-за деятельного раскаяния. Кроме того, уголовное преследование должно быть прекращено не менее чем за 3 года до дня поступления на службу.
К частному обвинению относятся уголовные дела о преступлениях, предусмотренных частью 1 статьи 115 УК РФ (умышленное причинение легкого вреда здоровью), частью 1 статьи 116.1 УК РФ (побои) и частью 1 статьи 128.1 УК РФ (клевета).
