Что нового на Донбассе? Впечатления из моей августовской поездки.

Прежде всего, когда я поездил по крупным городам региона в конце лета, я увидел нормализацию. Причём во все стороны. Год назад она только начиналась, а сейчас уже идёт семимильными шагами. Уже работают не только сим-карты РФ, но и интернет от провайдеров из России. Связь есть теперь и в больших городах ЛНР — кроме Северодонецка.

Карточки банков РФ тоже везде принимают, банкоматы Сбера доступны. Ещё теперь есть блокпосты с официальными, привычными для граждан России табличками, знаками ограничения скорости. Раньше это были стихийные таблички, какие попало. Всё больше ДПС и камер на дорогах — и всё меньше вольницы.
