Нет книги про вино лучше, чем 🥂Wine Folly. Много лет читаю что-то новое, но пока ни одна не превзошла знакомый справочник с инфографикой.
Поэтому 🍷«Вино просто» и 🍷«Вино по бокалам» – лишняя трата времени: слишком базовая база, ничего нового. Я видела всë это (только лучше) в WF.
🍾«Вокруг света за 80 бутылок» – тут хотя бы интересная концепция, чуть крепче в памяти зацепятся географические особенности самого распространëнного. Бонус: интересные списки.
🥂«Пока есть просекко, есть надежда» – незамысловатый детектив с нуарным следователем и эксцентричной публикой (сабраж Мафусаила на кладбище). Но главное здесь то, с какой любовью и подробностями описывается виноградарство.
🍷«Грузинское вино: Ренессанс» – то, что я давно искала. Ни в одной западной книге не найти 🇬🇪 автохтонные сорта. А как же без Саперави, Ркацители и прочих? Книга поэтична и полна культурных отсылок, богата по содержанию, восхитительна; жаль, хаотично организована и инфографики не хватает.
