В ноябре следователи возбудили уголовное дело в отношении бывшего директора отдела капитального строительства ЗАТО Александровск. Как стало известно "Би-порту" от собственных источников, фигурантом проходит депутат Совета депутатов ЗАТО Александровск Андрей Волков.
