С 18 по 22 ноября 2024 года при поддержке Фонда содействия буддийскому образованию и исследованиям в Москве (Отель «Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya») пройэшли курсы повышения квалификации «Буддизм в контексте государственно-религиозных отношений в Российской Федерации».
На фото запечатлены буддийские ламы из Бурятии, Тывы и Калмыкии, которые благодаря VR-очкам смогли перенестись прямо к статуе Будды и ступеням монастыря в Тыве.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
