Теперь для транспорта и пешеходов доступно бессветофорное движение на протяжении 11,3 километра. Шоссе расширили до 6 полос на участке от ТЦ «Факел» до СК «Олимпиец». На протяжении 11,3 км отремонтировали дорожное полотно, на всем протяжении появились тротуары шириной 3−4,5 м и велосипедная дорожка длиной 14 км. Также были установлены шумозащитные экраны. Протяженность съездов и местных проездов составила 6,5 километра.
Благодаря проведенным работам пропускная способность дороги увеличилась в 1,5−2 раза, улучшилась дорожно-транспортная ситуация в ЖК «Салават Купере» и на въезде в город со стороны трассы М7.
