По информации СМИ, всё произошло на пересечении улиц Комсомольской и Кирова. Сначала неадекватный мужчина набросился на девушку, которая была с ребёнком. Очевидцы попытались сбить его на авто, чтобы обезвредить, но ничего не вышло.
В итоге полицейские были вынуждены открыть огонь. Нападавшего удалось задержать. Сейчас выясняются его мотивы.
Девушка сильно не пострадала - отделалась царапиной, её осмотрели медики. Ребёнок не пострадал.
