Глава региона подчеркнул - так считают в первую очередь сами хабаровчане, а значит, работа по наведению порядка в отрасли будет продолжаться. Особенно это касается кадровых проблем, решения для которых, впрочем, уже нашлись.
«Большое количество среднего медперсонала мы заинтересовываем при помощи программ «Сельский фельдшер», «Сельский доктор», при этом, конечно, важны специалисты узкой направленности. Много внимания мы уделяем в том числе расширению программы ординатуры, которую мы финансируем из краевого бюджета», - рассказал Дмитрий Демешин.
