Для противня бубликов понадобится:
⚪360 гр. творога (2 пачки) ⚪100 гр. твёрдого сыра ⚪2 яйца ⚪140 гр. муки ⚪10 гр разрыхлителя (упаковка)
1⃣Смешиваем сухие ингредиенты (муку и разрыхлитель). 2⃣Отдельно перемешиваем творог с яйцом и тёртым сыром. 3⃣Подмешиваем к творожной массе муку с разрыхлителем. Все хорошо перемешаем. 4⃣Отщипываем от теста небольшие кусочки, скатываем в колбаски и формируем колечки. 5⃣Выкладываем их на противень, присыпанный мукой, смазываем яйцом. 6⃣Ставим в предварительно разогретую духовку при 180* на 20-25 минут. 7⃣Наслаждаемся вкусными творожными бубликами💖
