Исаев совершенно не стесняясь агитирует за одного из кандидатов в своих соцсетях. Также спикер облдумы разместил у себя адреса пунктов, где можно поставить подпись за Владимира Путина.
Понятно, что «это другое» и в отличие от котика вместо подписи не является нарушением, вернее является, но не для ЦИКа, прокуратуры и других надзорных органов. Но черт возьми, «соблюдайте вашу Конституцию!».
