В первой пятерке также Белгородская область, Республика Алтай, Курская область и Москва. Среди худших регионов, по версии общественников, Омская, Иркутская и Свердловская области, а также Забайкалье и Красноярский край.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
