А вот и первая редакция ГОСТа на шаурму. Mash пишет, что официально он вступит к концу 2025 года.

Из основного:

• Рецепт шаурмы: лепёшки пшеничные, лаваши, питы, соусы, овощи свежие и маринованные, картофель, зелень. Допом: специи, сыры, орехи, семечки, яйца и так далее;
• Свиток богов официально может иметь название «шаурма» или «шаверма» на территории РФ;
• Готовое мясо должно «жить» не более 2-3 часов с момента изготовления. Салаты и соусы не более одного часа;
• Работники обязаны носить санитарную одежду, быть чистыми и опрятными. Им запретят курить, жевать жвачку и другие негигиеничные привычки.

В общем и целом реально стандарт. Мясо кошек и собак запрещено, спасибо.
