Левашинским межрайонным следственным отделом СУ СК России по Республике Дагестан завершено расследование уголовного дела по обвинению 45-летнего местного жителя в убийстве знакомого (ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ) и незаконном приобретении и ношении огнестрельного оружия и боеприпасов к нему (ч. 1 ст. 222 УК РФ).
По версии следствия, 16 сентября 2024 года обвиняемый, находясь на территории Акушинского района в местности «Сурайла Кяб» испытывая личную неприязнь к своему знакомому, после конфликта возникшего на дороге, достал из автомобиля боевой пистолет и произвел прицельные выстрелы. От полученных ранений мужчина скончался в медицинском учреждении.
В настоящее время предварительное следствие окончено. Уголовное дело направлено прокурору для утверждения обвинительного заключения.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
