Патент для гастарбайтеров это аналог НДФЛ для граждан России. Рассчитывается достаточно просто - патент равняется среднему уровню НДФЛ в Иркутской области. Так как средняя начисленная зарплата за семь месяцев этого года составила 83493 рубля, соответственно средний НДФЛ 10854 рубля. Именно такая стоимость патента - 10854 рубля установлена на следующий год для иностранных рабочих в Иркутской области.
Для информации: 1. это самый высокий уровень среди сибирских регионов; 2. Ежегодно в Иркутской области патент платят до 40000 иностранцев. 3. Общий объем дохода бюджета от патентных платежей около 3 миллиардов рублей.
