Если я правильно понимаю, одними из первых программу будут осваивать дети в Ноябрьске. Ибо именно там в районе КС «Газпрома» расположены гольф-поля (это не шутка) «национального достояния». Хотя, с учетом текущей финансовой ситуации в «Газпроме», не исключу, что эти поля уже законсервировали. Содержание в полмиллиона эвро обходилось.
