Նոր կապիկ չի ծնվելու։ Ինչպես ծնվց 2017թ ին(մտնելով խորհրդարան) հետո ինքնահռչակեվեց 2018թ ին (բեմադրված հեղափոխություն)։ Կապիկների ժամանակները անցան, լավ տղեքի և տղամարդ տղեքի ժամանակները պիտի գան ու կգան։ Ես խնդրում եմ, որ չհավատաք ամեն մեկին, չխաբվեք և չթողեք Ձեզ մոլորեցնեն, խելացի եղեք, մտածող և վերլուծող։ Ոչ մեկի բարի ժպիտին և կեղծ խոսքին չհավատաք, քաղցր խոսքեր և հայրենասիրական ճառեր ասողներ մոտ ապագայում ավելի շատ կտեսնեք , բայց մեծ մասը կապիկներ են, Ձեզ մոլորեցնող և նոր ծուղակ տանող կապիկներ։ Զգոն եղեք և խորը մտածեք։ Կգա մի գեղեցիկ օր , երբ ամեն մեկը իր չափը և տեղը կիմանա, այս համատարած բարդակին ի վերջո վերջ կտրվի և բոլորը իրենց արածի ու չարածի համար մեկ առ մեկ պատասխան կտան։ Միայն դուք պիտի շատ իմաստուն լինեք և չհավատաք ամեն կեղծավորի։

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
